They're the people who keep a watchful and protective eye on the thousands of swimmers who visit the beach. The Ocean City Beach Patrol is a tight-knit force whose members often travel hundreds of miles to work at the resort each weekend. Bryan Russo talks with the longtime head of the Beach Patrol, Butch Arbin, about the people who work as lifeguards and why vacationers need to think about water safety before coming to the coast.
