Coastal Communities Prepare For New Scooter Regs

A new Maryland law went into effect in this week requiring scooter riders to register their vehicle and obtain insurance. They'll also have to wear helmets and eye protection when they're on the road. The changes will have a big impact on coastal communities such as Ocean City, where many tourists and locals alike use scooters as a low-cost way to get around. Bryan Russo talks with Mike Levy of the Ocean City Police Department about the new rules and how long scooter owners have to comply with the changes.
