Will Young People Rock The Vote, Or Stay Home?


A recent Gallup poll found that only 58 percent of young voters say they plan to head to the polls on election day. Many of those young voters helped to elect Barack Obama in 2008, but now say they're pessimistic about where the country is headed. Bryan Russo talks with Salisbury University's Michael O'Loughlin, who's been studying the youth vote for more than a decade, along with several SU students, to try to gauge the role young voters are likely to play in the national election.
