Crisfield Shell-shocked by Sandy


Crisfield has long described itself as the "seafood capital of the world." But the community is still reeling from Super Storm Sandy, with scores of residents out of their homes and some businesses permanently destroyed.  Bryan Russo heads to Crisfield to talk with City Inspector Noah Bradshaw, who has the job of deeming whether buildings can be salvaged or need to be torn down.
