Tourism officials in Delaware and Maryland say their resorts may be busier than ever this summer, particularly as New York and New Jersey beach communities continue to recover from Super Storm Sandy. Bryan Russo talks with local officials about the delicate task of promoting local tourism without being perceived as trying to benefit from others' misfortunes. Then, we'll switch gears and bring you the latest in our "Elcie Diaries" series, in which we follow a local family on a sailing expedition around the world. This time, we tag along as they travel to the Spanish Virgin Islands and visit a "bioluminescent" bay.
