The role of surveillance footage in the Boston bombings investigation has reignited the national debate over cameras in the public sphere. That debate touches residents on the coast as well, as police officials in Ocean City weigh whether to put more cameras on the resort's boardwalk. Bryan Russo discusses the issue with Mike Levy of the Ocean City Police Department. Then, we'll switch gears and talk about public health. Each year, beach communities are flooded by workers and visitors from around the world — and those newcomers sometimes bring illnesses or health conditions with them that could be transmitted to the local population. We'll discuss that issue with microbiologist Carol Nacy.
