The Future Of The Chesapeake Bay Bridge


The Maryland Transportation Authority is launching a study to explore whether a third span should be built on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. The aging bridge carries some 30 million vehicles each year — and that number is expected to rise in the coming decades.
