The arrival of fall inevitably brings anxiety for many coastal residents, as jobs in the tourism industry begin to dry up. And Worcester County officials say they're now trying to foster small businesses that will provide year-round jobs to their workers. Bryan Russo talks with the county's head of economic development, Bill Badger, about the challenges of building a year-round economy in beach communities.
